Staffing Solutions:
 
Contract Staffing

Use highly skilled and productive contractors to effectively and economically complete short and long term projects for you. Control and maintain optimal staffing levels while protecting your investment in your “core” employees during business cycles.

A majority of U.S. firms now use contract employees. The reasons are more compelling each day as the cost of employee health benefits / pensions skyrocket and unemployment premiums per employee, based on your experience level, remain high.

Contractors are Echelon Service employees and are paid weekly by us. We bill the client only for hours worked. Echelon service carries the burden of Federal, State and Local employment taxes as well as Social Security, Medicare, unemployment and workers comp coverage. We also provide our eligible contractors with paid holidays, vacations and a 401k retirement plan.
 
 
Payroll Service Staffing

“Resume looked great, interviewed well, but when we hired them they didn’t produce or weren’t a good fit for our organization”.....sound familiar? Put your potential hires on our payroll at a reduced hourly billing rate and evaluate on the job performance before making expensive commitments. We charge you the reduced rates because we don’t recruit them....you do! And therefore we don’t charge a conversion fee when you decide to convert them to your employee.

Candidates are initially hired as Echelon employees and we assume all legal and financial obligations as the employer. We handle all workers comp, unemployment, payroll and administrative issues.

Also, use the service to bring in ex-employees for job specific tasks for short periods or use it to keep retiring employees on board as consultants.
 
 
Contract-to-Direct Staffing

There are several scenarios in which our clients utilize this service:

- The product / business line is new and it’s rate of market growth is unknown. You want to gear up but would hate to invest and hire staff with uncertainty as to their future.
- You need the skilled labor but want to verify that the person can produce for you before making costly investments in hiring.
- Also, many of our contract-to-direct candidates start off strictly as contractors but do such a great job that our clients want to bring them on board as direct employees.

You get all the same great benefits as with our Contract Staffing service and at time of conversion we charge a minimal 5% conversion fee based on the starting salary offered to the candidate. Excluding bonuses and benefits.

 
 
Direct Placement Staffing

With many HR departments overworked, understaffed, and working with a smaller operational budget due to increased costs of recruiting, hiring and retaining quality candidates, many companies look for an economical extension to their HR department to become more effective.

We are in a continuous hire mode. Our main operating budget is used to attract quality candidates through local / targeted print ads, trade shows and heavy investments in today’s electronic / internet mediums. We cover more bases because that’s our core business. Staffing is not and should not be your core business.

We charge a 20% placement fee based on the starting salary excluding bonuses and benefits. We offer a replacement or refund guarantee policy on all direct placements.
